Travellers around the world voted for the world’s best airline. The results were announced at the World Airline Awards. The World Airline Awards took place in the Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace du Bourget at the Paris Air Show on June 18, 2019. The venue welcomed many airline leaders and top airline management from all over the world, who came here to receive their awards.
So, here are all the airlines which have been crowned as the best airlines in the world in 2020.

1. Qatar Airways
Qatar Airways is a state-owned carrier which was founded in 1993. During these years, this airline has grown to become the best business class airline and best business class lounge in the Middle East. The airline company has grown to over 140 destinations worldwide. Hence, it is well-known for offering high levels of service excellence. Its award-winning career is quite long and it has become the best airline in the world. 4. Cathay Pacific Airways
The fourth on our list, Cathay Pacific Airways, is a Hong Kong-based company. It provides scheduled passenger and cargo services to over 200 destinations in Asia, North America, Australia, Europe and Africa. The airline has over 200 aircraft and it’s a founder member of the Oneworld global alliance. Founded in 1946, the company has grown from a small regional carrier to a world-recognized airline. This year, Cathay Pacific won high ratings for technology and safety. The airline offers exceptional service, which comes at a higher price range.
When the airline was established in 1985, they started flying out of Dubai with just two aircraft. However, their fleet has seen significant growth and they now own over 230 aircraft. Emirates flies to over 140 destinations in more than 80 countries around the world. In fact, each week over 1,500 flights fly from Dubai to their destinations on six continents. 8. Qantas Airways
Qantas Airways was established in 1920. The airline became Australia’s largest domestic and international airline.
